Fulfillment & Warehouse Services Agreement
Effective Date: set on your signing date
This Fulfillment & Warehouse Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between KAK Global Link Inc, doing business as KAK Sourcing & Fulfillment ("KAK", "we", "us"), and the client identified below ("Client", "you"), governing warehousing, order fulfillment, Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS preparation, and related logistics services provided by KAK to Client.

2. Services & Transparent Published Rates
KAK will provide the service(s) selected above at the following standard, published rates, effective as of the date of this Agreement:

Transparent pricing guarantee. The rates above are the complete price list for the covered services. KAK will never bill any fee that is not listed in Section 2 without Client's prior written approval — no setup fees, no order minimums, no monthly platform fees, no peak-season surcharges, and no hidden accessorial charges. Postage is passed through at carrier cost with no markup.
Rates above are locked for the Client through Q1 2027, after which KAK may issue updated rates with 30 days' written notice.
3. Service Commitments
- Same-day FBM dispatch. FBM / multichannel orders received on a business day are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same day.
- Same-week FBA / WFS shipments. Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS shipments are prepped, cartonized, and shipped out within the same business week KAK receives the inventory and shipment plan.
- WMS receiving & live visibility. All inbound inventory is counted, inspected, and logged into KAK's warehouse management system (WMS) at receiving. Client is provided WMS access with real-time visibility of inventory levels, receiving records, and order status.
- Responsive support. KAK's operations team responds to Client requests within 4 business hours, Monday through Saturday.
4. Insurance & Liability
Your inventory is protected. Client inventory in KAK's custody is insured for up to $500,000 (USD) per occurrence at KAK's facility. KAK accepts full liability for any loss of or damage to Client inventory or orders that occurs due to KAK's acts, errors, or omissions — including receiving, storage, handling, prep, labeling, packing, and dispatch.
KAK will exercise professional care in handling Client's inventory at every step. For events outside KAK's control (for example, carrier loss or damage after handoff, or force majeure), KAK is not liable but will actively assist Client in filing and pursuing carrier claims. Client is responsible for ensuring products comply with applicable laws and marketplace requirements.
5. Term & Termination
This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, Client remains responsible for all fees incurred through the effective termination date, and KAK will coordinate return or disposal of remaining Client inventory at Client's direction and expense.
6. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly (or biweekly where agreed in writing) per the service schedule and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Every invoice itemizes services at the Section 2 rates — consistent with the transparent pricing guarantee, KAK will not charge fees beyond those listed in Section 2 without Client's prior written approval.
7. Signatures
KAK Sourcing & Fulfillment has pre-authorized and signed this Agreement below. By completing your signature, you agree to the terms above effective as of your signature date.
