Is there really no minimum volume?
Really. 20 orders a month or 3,000 — same published rates, no minimum spend, no platform fee. Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice, no cancellation fee.
What platforms do you support?
Amazon (FBA prep and FBM), Shopify, Walmart and Walmart WFS prep, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy and WooCommerce. One inventory pool can feed all of them.
What happens if my product is damaged?
We carry $100,000 insurance per shipment and accept full liability for your goods while they are in our custody. That is written into the agreement, not just this page.
How fast can I get started?
Quote in 24 hours. Agreement e-signed the same day you accept. Your inventory can be on our shelves the week you ship it.
Will these rates change after I join?
Rates are locked through Q1 2027 in writing in your agreement. No fuel surcharges, no peak-season surcharges, no “annual adjustments” mid-contract.
